• Invalidation: After publication or granting.

• A subject matter: A specific subject matter.
• Novelty and Inventive Step (done by SIPO): After granting Utility Patent or Industrial Patent, one could file a request to SIPO (State Intellectual Property Office) to get a Patent Evaluation Report (as necessary evidence in Invalidation / Litigation).
